Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Paddle Billing Workflow integration application and associated services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By authorizing, connecting, or utilizing Paddle Billing Workflow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an entity or agency, you represent that you possess the requisite authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of Service

Paddle Billing Workflow provides automated bridging between your CRM workflow automations and Paddle Billing. Capabilities include declarative workflow actions (e.g. creating customers, adjusting subscriptions, generating prices) and real-time webhook event forwarding.

3. Prerequisites & Account Responsibility

To utilize the service, you must maintain an active, valid Paddle account (Sandbox or Live). You are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring that provided Paddle API keys carry appropriate permissions (including notification_setting.write).
  • The accuracy and compliance of customer billing data transmitted via your workflow actions.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality and access control of your platform sub-account.

4. Subscription & Usage Metering

Subscription pricing and metered usage charges are handled via your connected Marketplace plan. Usage meters track successful workflow action executions and verified webhook dispatches. All charges are billed in accordance with the published tier selected upon app installation.

5. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain continuous uptime and reliable webhook delivery. However, we do not warrant uninterrupted operation, as service may be subject to network latency, upstream API rate limits imposed by Paddle, or routine maintenance.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Paddle Billing Workflow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from execution errors, billing discrepancies between upstream systems, or loss of revenue.

7. Termination & Uninstallation

You may terminate your use of this service at any time by uninstalling the integration from your platform application settings. Upon uninstallation, registered Paddle webhook destinations are automatically removed.
